I am now a type 2 diabetic, after having gestation diabetes nearly 15 years ago. I have quit smoking jan 3 2011, after smoking for 4 years again. I started back at the gym again after not going for nearly a year. my weight prior to that would show "error" on my scale which weighs to 350lb. I have a desk job, and not nearly enough activity in my life. I am going to the gym again 5 days a week. 40 mins cardio and weight training to strengthen my muscles and keep them healthy.
My plan is low gi, working within the healthy food guide and eating real food not prepackaged junk. I am weak for chip'n'dip, working on that as you read. If you have tips send them to me I will be happy to hear.
