Anyone have any ideas on how to lose the abdomen pouch? Please let me know!

Hello. Today I weigh 168 lbs. My goal is 145 lbs. I did the treadmill for 30 min and I did the bowflex for 30 min. I also did 20 situps and 7 flutterkicks. Whew! I eat a protein bar for breakfast, a light lunch and a light dinner. I don't eat after 8:00pm.
