I had a really busy weekend. I did not workout and drank to much pepsi. Maybe I really need to apply myself or should I try a different diet? We'll see.

Today is a new day!(ok I was really bad yesterday!) I am going to do the treadmill and do my bowflex workout. Tuesday is weigh in day for me so I have to stay focused. I will write later to let everyone know how I did. If I can do it, so can YOU! God Bless Everyone!

Good morning everyone! I'm feeling really lazy this morning. I think I'm taking the day off from working out. Everyone needs a break once in a while right? Maybe later I will feel up to it. I'm still looking for some buddies! I'm an "O" blood type. Please write me someone:)

I worked on treadmill last night for 25 min. I got up this morning and did my same workout again. I don't like to weigh myself everyday. I would rather do it once a week or once every two weeks. So next Tuesday is weigh in day for me. I had a hard time getting motivated this morning.
