I could kick myself.
Such a slag on the exercise front, but summers are for the garden and the allotment. And it fills me with joy to see things grow.
Been snacking way too much, again.
Having way too many glasses of wine in the garden with a friend. It just goes down too smoothly.
But I get to see my little grandson again next week.

Although I am bouncing around, the overall trend is down. Last month I bounced around 70, this month around the 69.
Had my first meet with the orthopaedic interface. Had an x-ray, now waiting for an MRI. Guess the less I weigh, the better for my joints. It sucks when even walking hurts :(
