Well, I’ve completed the first month of my personal 30 lbs by 30 challenge and I’m very happy to report that I lost 12.1 lbs. Only 15.9 left to go before I hit my goal of 199. I have to admit that it has not been easy and I there are those days that I eat whatever I want and go over my calories. I have also picked up the caffeine habit once again, but at least it’s diet. I know it’s not good for me, but right now, I gotta have it. There’s just too much going on right now for me to try to kick that habit. I do limit myself to one a day though which is a huge improvement in itself. I wish that I could say that I’ve been working out, but just haven’t found the motivation to start that yet. I need to find some soon though because I’m doing a Color Me Rad 5K in November with some of my besties and I need to get ready for that. Just waiting for it to cool off some so I can actually stand to be outside for a while.
