ok, so turns out i'm actually at 254.4 pounds and not 259. Turns out the scale I got doesn't give you an accurate readout if you put it on a floor that has dirt on it. I'm closer to my goal than I thought. yay!

My first significant drop! 3.6 lb drop in 6 days. just cutting processed foods down and fixing my coffee drinking habit made a world of difference.

I just want to stress this for everybody out there. I did an experiment with my coffee today. i actually measured out how much coffee creamer(the white chocolate mocha stuff from starbucks) i was actually putting in it, and it turns out that when i was just freepouring it in, I actually used roughly 8 TABLESPOONS of it until i got it to how i like it(and how I was normally drinking it) and added 320+ calories, and probably spiking my insulin levels through the damn roof and making me even hungrier than i normally would be later on.
I assumed it was 3-4, but damn was I shocked i was actually doing 8 and sabotaging myself.

well, only a 0.2 lb loss, so I decided to look through and take a closer look at what I ate. I ate(and drank) a lot of unhealthy carbs and unnecessary sugar. So I've replaced those carbs on thursday when I went grocery shopping, and anything unhealthy was from the last couple of grocery runs(the really bad stuff is almost gone)
So, either i'm underestimating how many calories I actually took in by not counting them correctly, or the carbs and sugars are causing those insulin spikes that basically hinders weight loss, so this week is going to be a drastic cutback on sugary drinks, and what i do eat will be whole grain carbs(i was planning on doing this anyways, and reset my RDI down to "sedentary" and put the limit at 2600 calories, and we'll see what happens.
