I am 19 years old and studying in the Paris-Sorbonne University in Abu Dhabi. I have never actually dieted before because I am a very moody eater. In the happier times of my life, I lost 22 pounds in a month and a half without trying and then in the not-so-happy times I gained 15 pounds without consciously changing any habits. This time, I want to lose the weight properly and keep it off! I'm not using any specific diet, however, just lots of tough workouts and healthier eating. I just started following Jillian Michaels's 30-day workout so hopefully I will see a big change soon. :)
