Downward spiral
It probably has something to do with this year as a whole. 2020 has been tough for a lot of people I wouldn't beat yourself up about it. You just have to identify the problem and do your best to fix it. If it's a motivation problem in the gym maybe you could get some supplements to help you out? I know when I plateaued in the gym I used a pre workout like the one
on this website
. I really helped me feel more energetic and motivated while I was working out. As for the over-eating situation, maybe you could start a new type of diet or count your calories? I know for me I went keto for a while and was counting my calories using the app myplate. It worked really well and was motivating to track my progress. Best of luck, getting back on track in the first step!

You should look up a daily calorie intake calculator and plug in all your information into it. There are also applications you can download like MyPlate that will help you track your daily calorie intake. Good Luck!

Slow Cooker Recipes
Hi Janetmay, so you use a pressure cooker and a slow cooker for different types of meals? How do you decide which meal would be better for which appliance?
I'm only asking because i'm thinking of getting a pressure cooker myself but not sure if it's worth it since I already have a slow cooker.
