I have suspended my fatecure plan just for a few months. It works great but does take discipline. I will be back on target by November.

Working on the second phase of the Fat Cure protocol.
10. Eat ONLY the followingitems listed below in the following categories each day: Protein(2) VEGETABLES(2), FRUIT(2), DRY BREAD(2). that isa total of 8 food items each day.
11. Do not mix 2 like items inthe same meal (i.e. do not mix two different vegetables, fruits, protiens, or breads in the same meal or within three hours of eating the previous like item).
12. All single ingredient herbs & spices allowed. READ LABELS: Much NOT contain sugar or starch
13. You should generally eat all 8 alloted food items each day.
Eat only foods from the list below.
Protein (3.5oz):
Beef
bisom
Chicken - skinless, boneless
Crab (without shell)
Lobster
Shirmp
Veal
Venison
White fish
Cottage Chees fat free (3/4c.)
Eggs (1 yolk + white) Occ.
VEGAN: Pea Protein powder
Fruit
Apple
Grapefruit (1/2)
Strawberries (1 cups)
VEGETABLES
Asparagus (3.5 oz)
Beet Green (1 cups cooked)
Cabbage (1 cup cooked)
Celery (1 cup raw)
Chard (1 cups)
Chicory (1 cup)
Cucumber (1 cup)
fennel (1 cup)
Lettuce (1-2 cups raw)
Onion (1med)
Red Radishes (1 cup)
Spinach (1 cooked - 2cups raw)
Tomato (1 med whole or 1 cup grape/cherry tomatoes)

I have been doing well eating oatmeal and salads. Trying to stay away from bread, butter, sugar, candy, fried foods and dairy products. hard to stay away from chocolate, that's my weakness. But doing well with everything else.
10 pounds since taking this new approach. I am thankful for friends that are helping me stick to the plan.
