Today I did well counting calories and sticking to a very healthy veggie soup in which I added 1 egg plus 3 egg whites for protein. Had red seedless grapes 2x as well the soup in two portions. Also 2 finn crisp with a spiced up 1 percent cottage cheese topping with one of the bowls of soup. Roast turkey breast with low salt pickles and multigrain bread with sambal olek and a bit of olive oil mayo as well for dinner. this was very good for me. Coffee upon awakening, 2 cups. Jasmine green tea, 3 cups, 5 glasses of h2o also. Took my meds with food- I don't always, but need to! Snack of more cottage cheese mix on finn crisp and more fruit later. A good start. I made 2 giant pots of tomato based veggie soup with lots of veggies and cayenne, turmeric, cumin ,curry, hot sauce pepper fresh garlic and froze in baggies. I can add protein with meals to it and also have the veggie soup anytime as a filler. Hopefully this planning ahead will help me stay on track. I also added a tsp of avocado oil to the soup, One of the bowls.
