Geez where do i start with how crappy i feel these past few days, I haven't followed the diet at all! I just went crazy and had like pretty much anything i wanted.....I dont know what happened i pretty much fell off the wagon. I haven't been bringing lunch to work or cooking dinner ive just been having whatevers there for me and it's so hard because i really want to get in shape for once and all but i feel like im failing...Another thing is i keep having alcohol and i know i shouldn't i know it just adds up the calories but lately when i go out 2 times a week i'll have probably 2 drinks.I will try to pick myself back up but i can't really go buy groceries until i get paid saturday so i don't know what im going to do!!!! Well great job to everyone out there who's following very strictly....

I had an absolute binge last night also!!! I had Gnocchis, Egglant Parmesan, bread, wine coolers everything!!! I've been falling off the wagon these last few days. I need to plan my meals out and make sure i bring them everyday. As soon as i get all my stuff i'll be right on track because shit i wanna look and feel good in a bikini this year!

Thanks Suzi161 I guess we all just need to be reminded that a slipup is a slipup but as long as we keep going forward it's ok. I will have to eat healthy the rest of my life as well because I put on weight very easily. I believe if we want to look good then we have to put some effort into it! Thanks! Have a good weekend everyone since i'll be working through it....
