Well I'm feeling pretty great today :) Nothing but optimism for my future! I can
taste
my goals, and I just know I'm gonna get there. Slow and steady wins the race huh? Last night we put in the bootcamp, fat burner express DVD. We usually follow the Power 90 videos, alternating between the strength and cardio. We had never even checked out the bootcamp one. BOY did we love it!! It was paced much faster, so the 46 minutes just flew by. I liked the moves a lot more too, it was a lot of fun! I think I burned waaay more calories than I do with the regular workout. This is my new favorite for sure :) I'm gonna rock this week hardcore, hope to lose a whole 10 before the party!

This weekend - UGH.
Weekends are soo difficult for me. I want to lock myself in my room to stay away from food , its that ridiculous! LOL I have to do super awesome this week, gonna try to lose as much as I safely can. We are having a birthday party at our house for my husband, and all of our friends will be here! We will have a KEG, so I know I'm going to eat super light all day Friday. I can't wait!

Well damn. I did so awesome this week, and I was scared I'd screw up Friday. Sure enough.. Kevin brings his buddy home from work and we played beer pong. I had a *few* Bud Lites and a slice of pizza! OH NO! Still trying to eat well today. Turkey Burger from Hardee's was AWESOME! I didnt get fries, but had 5 chicken nuggets from Micky D's haha.

Today is really Day 4 in our new fitness journey. We did so awesome last time, I lost 25 pounds and it was amazing! We slacked off which I totally regret, who knows how we would look and feel now if we had kept it up. Oh well, at least we have decided to rededicate ourselves to a healthier lifestyle. This time instead of sending the kids to play while we workout, they are joining us! We want our children to be healthy and active, and I suppose this is one of my major motivators. Another is pure vanity, I want to be slender and attractive so my husband can be proud to call me his wife. I am totally back in the mindset that I need to achieve weight loss. Not stopping until I have the beach body I've always dreamed of!!
