On February 13th I weighed in at 220 pounds, since then I have lost a total of 40 pounds (I weigh 180 now) and sort of stopped dieting when I took a trip to California at the beginning of May.
I started my journey with Medi weight-loss clinics. They helped me plan a diet for myself and gave me a calorie log-in book to write down what I was eating every day. They also had me on a 500 calorie high protein, low fat diet. Meaning fish, veggies, chicken breast, etc... I was very happy with the outcome. I also exercised regularly and lost an average of 2-3 pounds a week and kept it off! Now I'm up for my next challenge, to lose 30 pounds to hit my goal of 150! So excited to start!
