Well I guess this is the first step to achieving my goal weight. I have not gained or lost weight in over a year. I have a 2 year old daughter and I really want to get to my goal weight so I can be healthier and be able to keep up with her without getting out of breath.
I know what I need to do to lose weight, it's just a matter of getting motivated and doing it. I guess by finding this app, it is at least acknowledging the fact I want to lose the weight.
Well I need to get to work, hopefully by keeping a journal and being accountable, I will actually start losing weight instead of staying the same.
