i did alot of activities today and just kept myself busy so i wasnt really hungry food was not on my mind.

i feal that i am doing a great job of sticking with my diet so far, i have not over eaten and im not eating just because im bored and i have worked out everyday so far i hope i keep up with the good work and hopefully by friday when i weigh in i would have lost a least 3 to 5 pounds.GOOD LUCK TO ME!

today was the day i said enough is enough after i ate that sandwich and chips i made a goood start by doing an hour worth of cardio for dinner i ate a lean pork chop and green bean i hope this time im in it to win!
