feeling pretty good today! i worked out at the gym for about 45 minutes. did the treadmill, ellyptic machine and some weight lifting. i also walked for about 30 minutes. i starting to get more motivated with this. i feel like my whole attitude has changed in a positive way.

i was pretty active yesterday! i walked about 40minutes. i feel pretty good this morning! looking forward to a better day!

Not sure if i can do it, but it's worth a try. it's difficult because i'm busy with juggling work, family and household and i'm used to doing the take out a couple times a week, so hopefully this will make a change in my daily routine.i'm hoping to see results and maintain it! i'm hoping this will help me to become closer to my husband since he's started this and has already had great success in counting the calories. also i plan on getting my children involved as well so we can have a better opportunity on living a healthy lifestyle.
