I guess because i wake up at 5 and eat a atkins bar with my coffee I should consider it a snack since I eat my eggs at 10am.

I am 45, big boned, tall and nearly weight 200lbs. I am extremely frustrated today. I have been on the Atkins now for 2 weeks! And all I know I have lost is 3 lbs!! I need to lose more weight to be more motivated. I finally got a scale a week a go to get serious! And when I weighed myself I was in shock. I weighed more than I thought! Argh! So I have no idea what I weighed when I started Feb.2, 2010. I realize that losing 2 lbs. in a week should be good. But I feel like I am starving all the time! That is why I am here. I want to lose weight! PLEASE HELP ME!~
