Hi!
Back from vacation, and considering minimal exercise & WAY off the diet, I am surprised/pleased with my weigh in:)
Hope everyone's been well...
It was a nice break from the daily concerns - back to find a job;)!
I'll try to figure out how to post a picture or 2 from Mexico.

Is it just me, or does everyone find it to be a personal challenge to pack?:) I swear, I've been 'packing' for the last 5 days...I think the cosmetics are done - haha!
Sometimes.....how do I live with this brain?
Well, packed or not, I leave at 5am, yes hellishly early...sleepy on the planey.
I'll try to log in this week, at least keep a food diary (then again, maybe not...heehee).
Oh, FS girlies...I hope to have a date or 2 waiting when I return ~ will keep you hangin' till then (like you care;)~

Blech. Technically, my cal/exercise is on target, but I feel gross...I'm ready to toss the remaining foods that aren't on my 'diet'(frozen & otherwise). It's been good validation for my choices, but enough with the feeling 'icky'... I have found that eating wheat & dairy leaves me feeling less energetic & less focused.
Anyways ~ I may be white as a ghost (even translucent:), but I'm hitting the beach with a 10lb. loss!! I can't really believe it's true...but the data is right here - huh.
All we need now is the sun to SHINE;)

So, still eating on the leftovers from the party...wheat & cheese back on the bandwagon temporarily. I feel a bit more bloated, and mentally icky. Normally I'd toss the food, but with $ issues, and being unemployed, I'm just doing what I can to make it work for me.
Monday I leave for my bday Riviera Maya trip, I'm as ready as I'm gonna be...I hope to keep up reasonably healthy habits there:)
