no losing the route i'm on looks like i eat too many almonds. need to find lean protein that isn't fat.

slow start discourage ovr not finding the things i eat easily to keep track of proteins,carbs,fats,cal.

starting on monday want to lose one pound a week. Mary and I will keep each other accountable with exercise. Meals we are not together but the scale doesn't lie.
