Today was a good day I got all of my house work done and I got my work out done before mid night which is right now so I'm off to bed just want to record it before i forget. Good night.

So today so a depressing day i binged on 7 layer bean dip and flavored water. I'm very depressed right now because i miss my son so much and my family. they are 13000 miles away. and tom and I just had an argument over trivial stuff that he shouldn't even be upset over it frustrating when you have no one to comfort you that thinks there opinion is more important that your and thinks he should always have an opinion and should never listen cuz he knows it all. When I'm coping with it all the best i can cuz once again I don't matter. and i shouldn't have anything to say that wouldn't make him happy I just........................... Good night I'm getting more worked up just thinking of it all. another day. P.S I don't know how I'm suppose to fell important or comforted or supported or even loved if he just wont listen and shut up.

So excited learning more about my body and how to feed it and take care of it to loose and maintain. so im happy that my weight in growing down means what im doing is working so taking it day to day with the weight lose and learning more about me its more intense than i thought the learning that is cuz knowledge is power so im happy that im finally finding out more about me.

Well Yesterday was the official day that I restarted my life style change. So this morning I got up at 6:45 and did a 30 minute work out, and had some spiritual time, had a good breakfast. but looking up the calories for what I made for breakfast. want to know what is my daily fat, carbs and calorie intake.
