Well, I finally know why I'm not losing any weight even though I'm eating really well. Turns out I'm hypoglycemic and hypothyroid. It certainly explains more than it doesn't. My new dietician put me on the Flat Belly Diet and limited my carbs to 150 and calories to 1600. I have to get at least 70 grams of protein a day as well.
This ought to be interesting ;)
