You know, I really started out at 207 lbs...so, so far I've lost 24 lbs. I dont' think in the beginning that I would actually loose this much! I was on Weight Watchers one time & lost 45 lbs in 5 month's time..but I was younger then, too! My husband is happy for me & I think my girls are impressed. I started out so large that I think that people are just now noticing that I'm loosing a little weight. I did good in the beginning & then was at a stand still...my fault. I started watching more what I ate (esp. portion sizes) & started exercising again. My girls & I like to exercise along with "Gilad". I really do have more energy & even tho' I haven't had trouble with high blood pressure it is about "normal" now. I plan to keep on & reach my goal ...even if it's a little at a time. It's nice seeing the numbers coming down on the scales plus my body changing due to the exercise, too. Gilad is more than exercise...it's body sculpting.
