Good pace for the first week. Additional 2 bikerides on top of P90X will get motab going. Maybe go for 2 lbs a week but nothing more than that. About 11 weeks to go. Maybe 12 with the holidays. :)

Day 1. fruit and yogurt for breakfast. Do I kill the coffee thing or not? no calories but Ive heard it can really make you crave the carbs. Hmmm.
