missing in action for a couple of days
i know i am a bad leader i have been missing in action for a couple of days but i am back and hitting the water hard and i mean hard i hope you all that are starting school in the following weeks will try your best to keep up but if not i soley understand love to all shelly

hi all geeze louise it has been so crazy i have been working nights and sleeping during the day but i have to be up front i have only been getting my not even half my points i just am not around food to eat my schedule is sooo nutty lately any way i am glad to update here i love you guys and really need your encouragement if you dont under stand whats going on in my life read marches through now entries and that will give you a full upgrade on my life love to all shelly

full of energy
Any way today i was just so full of energy i cleaned house for 3.5 hours and mowed the lawn for 45 minutes then came in gave hubby and i a shower and then i started doing 2.5 weeks of laundry and i am almost finished with the laundry yay go me so i know i burnned mega calories and got all my water in today for the 1st time before bed any way i hardly ate i am just not hungry i dont know why maybe its the heat or something any way i hope you all have a fab week love to all shelly.
