The week was good food wise but then I spent the weekend at my sisters where her pantry is a place sheer magic! So much food!! I did ok meal wise- stuck to the roasted veggies and salad but did have a few buns of bread and cheese. But it was the snacking that killed it. Had a few bags of crisps, a left over easter egg and 2 glasses of red wine.
Wasnt a good week gym wise either but I'm looking forward and rectifying that this week. With 2 big hard sessions already.
again lost a few pounds so I'm going to keep looking forward and carry on trying to reach my ideal weigh :)

I lost an ok amount in my first week. I know if I hadnt thoes over indugent 2 days then it would have been alot more BUT i am not letting this deter me. I have lost some pounds and I'm happy with that. Also I am feeling much better for not eating meat this week. Its surprisingly easy and I'm not missing meat really.
My family had a big sunday roast but i just had the veggies and salad and I was happy :)

Goodness. Bad, Bad day. Have family over and over indulged in carbs and creamy sauces. My body is feeling it today though as I have the worse stomach cramps. I even had a glass of wine yeesterday that was no worth it. We were moving house today though so I was constatly up and down the stairs carrying boxes etc so hopefully I burned some decent calories doing that.
I;m trying to look forward though and put my bad day behind me but this is the first time all of the family has been together in over a year and all everyone wants to do is cook and eat. I'm still trying to phase out meat so if i stick to that atleast it'll be something. xx

Really just trying to weigh myself weekly and not get obsessed by the numbers. Regardless I still feel very chunky, heavy and wobely so sicking to the healthy eating and exercising and being patient.

Oppsie!! been traveling for 2 months and eating out id say every day. But im back now and already joined the gym and started my diet. I can and will do this :)
