Had a kick up the ass and a bit of home truth that i havent been happy with me weight for alomst 2 years now. Need to use hard work and dedication to get back to that place. Its my birthday in 2 months and I'd really like to go away to somewhere with a beach and i want to wear some variation of a swimsuit and not feel like a whale.

So the guy im seeing mentioned i should go to the gym more often... i have been slack recently and he's very into fitness so im trying to decide if im deeply offended or if hes trying to push me to get in shape because that is when i feel best. He also mentioned something about being a size 8 but we wont get into that .... x

Right mainly had juice today as the weekend was so bad i needed a detox. may continue it tomorrow but we'll see. Didnt have so much energy for the gym so may start doing meal replacement.
Feel so good after my workout. Really helps me attitude.
Also decided to stop weighing myself daily and weekly instead so next week monday will be my weigh in. x
