So yesterday and today weren't very good days. My son had surgery and I didn't make very good food choices, :( hope to be back on track tomorrow. One good thing is I've gotten exercise in the past three days. Trying not to beat myself up too much, don't want to go back to old habits. I enjoy my new lifestyle!
