When life gets tough what do you do? I go swiming. and for a bike ride, and play with my kid. I grew up as an athlete, so now that I am as large as I am I cannot believe it. Simply put, any weight above 200 lbs is simply not acceptable for me. But one thing that I have learned is to love myself. I love who I am now. I love who I am becoming. But most importantly I love the journey of becoming the new me. Is it easy, no. Never could be easy. But this journey is going to shape the woman I want to be instead of just the woman I am today. I am strong, I am beautiful and I accept who I am. Each step, Each struggle, they each bring the goal closer. The goal of being the BEST I can ever be.
