Ran a combination of HIIT training and jogging.
Walk 3.5 MPH on 2.0 incline for 5 minutes.
Ran 5.0 MPH for 10 minutes
Ran 5.5 MPH for 10 minutes
Alternated running for one minute, with walking for one minute, until I reached 45 minutes total.

Biked 5.25 in 18 minutes.
Weighed in at 227. First time below 230 in a few months. Excited to keep pressing on.

Followed the B4L eating plan to the T. I had a spinach, lettuce chicken salad for dinner. However, my one moment of weakness was having a slice of thin crust pepperoni pizza.
