Good morning my peeps and peepettes lol :) Happy Thursday! So are you ready? One week left and then Christmas is here banging loud at our doors not to mention the kiddos throwing open the bedroom doors and rousing us outta bed to go see what kinda goodies there are under the tree and in their stockings all while they shout and maybe even scream lol

About another week and a half and we can say goodbye to all those nasty (hahahaha) holiday parties, foods, and temptations from hell :p So far, so good on my end but it's hella difficult I tell ya!! I hope you all keep strong and do what you gotta do to get thru.

Even thou I'm only here for what seems to be random times, I am here. I do my weigh ins and keep up with my challenges. I've been very good and sticking to my plan. I can't fail, I won't fail. I've got too much to lose and all ya'll are the most fanfreakingtabulous supporters. Because I am mobile most of the time, I had to flip over to myfitnesspal to keep track of my food and to be able to see my stuff. Fatsecret is not as mobile friendly for me and gave me lots of issues. So my food tracking is there. Initially, I was doing it for both sites but it was way too much time spent so just kept the food over there since I need that mobile friendless. I kept saying over and over that I was going to get back on track again and then it just never happened. Instead, I continued on as I was doing, and in making a doctor’s appointment to check out something totally non-food and diet related, I find issues that have me on meds. Honestly tho I can’t say I’m surprised. Walking out of the office, I made a decision; I picked up my meds and said that’s enough and went shopping to pick up good, healthy foods I can eat and make meals out of.

Discussing it with my boyfriend was a huge relief and I gotta say I am the luckiest woman ever. Without skipping a beat, he said you know I can do all that with you...I don’t need to all the junk and stuff. I can eat healthy with you and we can go for walks, to help you along. All of it can trickle down to our kids...and sure enough the kids are in too. LOL not to say that there won’t be a complaint from them here or there when I make something they just don’t like but it’s a learning process for us all...and I’m glad to say I’m not doing it alone this time around.

So here I am a week after starting this all up again and gotta say I feel good about things!
