Actually I’m planning to do 7days weight loss challenge.
(if any of u interested lets do together)
1) no junk food
2) 2 meals a day with proper protein intake ( 1kg weight =1gm protein)
3) 6k steps goal
4)exercise (basic jumping jacks skipping and little weights)
5) zero sugar
Weigh-in:
123.5 lb
lost so far:
15.4 lb
still to go:
6.6 lb
Diet followed reasonably well
