Being a CICO mainstreamer means you have to believe that restricting carbs magically results in a caloric deficit, that no matter how much or how little you were eating before going LC you were not in a caloric deficit, *and* that unless you agree with the mainstream thugs, you were too stupid to realize you were eating at a caloric deficit suddenly upon restricting carbs. But if you think the human body is not accurately represented by a two stroke weed eater motor, you have been hoodwinked by people hawking books and you are a boobish simpleton.
