went to the doctor regarding my knee and they scheduled a MRI on it for Wednesday so I am not exercising till we find out if i torn the muscle or not? My pain is so high I can not stand it.... as for my diet well I ate terrible on Wednesday and Thursday cookies and sugar.
Today I started again but I have 19 carbs and not even close on the calories or rdi. Doing my challeges regarding exercise is not possible and the Krunches either since I can not stand to bend my knee and Krunch on the floor at the same time...

I had a terrible night craving sugar and great financial stress, and knee pain I eat in the late evening 6 cookies 1 ice cream bar, bologna and cheese with mayo sandwich and 1 corn dog plus my recorded food. Woke up today and went back on track I hope this is not a major set back in ketosis. I look at it this way: I may have fallen but I got back on my feet and that is where today is.

Today, I am ready for Spring weather so I can take my kids outside and do some other exercises and activities. I'm ready to see flowers in my garden. Even though I am not ready for spring clothes I would like God to give me 2 nice days to take the kids and play in the snow.....

woke up rushed so I made bkfst and chopped celery for snack. Going to zumba later. Motivation is still high only be on diet 1 week. Krunchers motivation is hight 50a day, also week 1 only.
