hmmm ok,
well for now i guess my short term goal would be to lose a bit of weight before my birthday (sept. 8th). It would be nice to see the 150's by then...even if it's just 159.
More long term would be to look amazing by the time my grad party comes around in april, so that i can have a blast celebrating the completion of my university degree, without having to deal with my current insecurities.
I'm really trying to learn how to love running, because in the past it has proved to be one of the best ways for me to drop lbs and shape my legs.
I also have to get my excessive junk food snacking under control!
...i guess that's it for now :P
