OK this week did not go very well. but after a couple of pep talks from people I am feeling better and am ready to lose! I am going to lose this weight, there is NO need for me to carry this extra weight around! Thank you all for your support. I feel much better!

I am SO discouraged! I cannot lose any weight! I watch what I am eating, I exercise every day except Saturday and Sunday. AND what do I do I GAIN weight! SO today, I did not exercise and I do not feel any better. I knew I wouldnt but I want to pout for a bit! I am just so discouraged. I understand you will have your ups and downs but my goodness I want to lose weight, not gain it. boo hoo poor me!

OH my goodness! what is going on! I have gained weight! I have followed my calorie intake closely, I just do not understand. I am going to keep at it. I am going to add a little more exercise into my routine. treadmill, eliptical, and exercise ball. Lets see what next week brings. reviewing my diet history, I may try sliming down some carbs looks like I am taking in quite a few. I do like recording my food intake helps me see what and were I need to work. I just want the scale to go downward! OH and a funny note. I had a dream last night that I lost a huge amount of weight. in my dream i weighed in at 160lbs. I sure wish I was in that dream right about now!

Well week 2 has come to an end...this week went much better, I wasnt thinking so much of food. I have drank so much water I am surprised I have not floated away! To be honest though, I like drinking the water. I know shocking, since I only drank coffee and soda before, speaking of soda, I have only had one diet soda this whole week. I dont even miss it like I thought I would. I made the mistake of getting on the scale in the middle of this week. It wasnt what I was expecting. I have decided that as much as it may kill me I am staying away from the scale during the week! I am only going to weigh in every 2 weeks! I have been working my butt off on the treadmill I want to see the results as soon as they happen, but that isnt going to happen I guess. it must stay a mystery. kind of like when you gain weight you wake up one morning look into the mirror and OMG you are 20lbs heavier!
