Wow! Big shock to me as I was walking through Target just now...Alli is back on the shelves! Couldn't believe it!!
I've never made it a secret that a big tool in my weight loss was using Alli to block the fat absorption. But, it's been gone off the shelves for about a year because of a tampering issue.
Well, I bought both bottles that were there.
I know it's not a cure all, but it helped a lot. Here's to a restart :-)

I haven't been doing well at all with regards to eating. But, I've been getting back to the gym a little more. My schedule is just far too busy. Keep trucking along.

Trying to get back on (and stay on) track regarding my food. Exercise also is a problem right now. But hopefully, after the musical and the races that are happening this week and next, I will be able to refocus my efforts and get back down below 200 lbs. AND STAY THERE. :o)
