breakfast is good... when I have time to make it. this morning : curry egg scramble ( sauteed zucchini in garlic, add beaten seasoned egg (2 frg small), then leftover brown rice, keep folding & tossing in pan, add coconut curry sauce heaping tablespoon, fold & toss about, then plate it). this was actually 2 servings, so I saved half. add to plate 1/2 sliced avocado, & 1 veggie sausage Patty. (for 2 servings use whole avocado & 2 patties.) 😊
