Bad eating day yesterday. I logged it to make myself aware of how many calories I used to consume daily (especially when traveling). No wonder I put on 15 lbs in 2.5 years. 3111 calories in one day!
Now I just need to put in the hard work and self control to take it off. Also, I need to learn patience with the weight loss process. I didn’t put the weight on overnight, it’s not gonna come off that quick either. Up and off to the gym before GOOD hotel breakfast choices.
