Getting older by the day but trying to keep reasonably fit. Work as a bus driver for disabled people pushing wheelchairs, walking seniors with walkers which keeps me a little active. I recently adopted the WFPD (whole foods plant based diet) on my 8th month now. Worked wonders since stopped blood pressure/stating medication and no longer pre-diabetic (after 7 years). Lost 10 pounds but trying to gain some weight since veggies not calorie dense. Still doing my daily routine of cardio and weights.
