I've think I have been doing excellent...I've been eating healthy made a few bad choices but I'm sure it will get better,I track down everything that I eat.I visit the gym 6* a wk I go alone or with three of my friends & I also have a personal trainer that I workout with in a group 3* a wk for 12wks,so I plan,pack & do.I go to the gym for 1 hr,shower then to work for a 10hr shift so that's pretty much what I'm doing right now.My goal is to weigh between 200-210 by the end of this year so of course I got alot of work to do......GOOD LUCK!!!
