I'm 50 years old and always had a weight problem. I've tried many other plans some of which have worked well but I have NEVER been able to keep the weight off more than 6 months. I have a high stress job and of course turn to food when it gets out of control. I want to lose 100 pounds over the next 12 months so let's see how this works out. I like the detox period concept as it makes a ton of sense (excuse the pun).
