3rd day in a row at gym. I have already broken my record. Never before have i gone 3 times in a row, pretty pleased about that! I joined the 20 minute walk 5 days a week challenge 5 kph well i did that and cycling for a couple of minutes and some rowing and weights for different parts of my body. Only a few minutes of each but its a start. Consistency is my goal and gradually building my strength and endurance. Happy with that as well as sticking to 1200 calories a day. So far ao good.

Joined the gym yesterday. I realise that being self conscious has held me back in the past Im now determined to strengthen myself and that if i continue in the same path Im only going to get weaker and sicker and put on more weight. I am over myself and all my excuses look where they have got me! Have been to the gym 2 days in a row, haven't overdone it but feel good Im working on consistence .
