Had a heavy weekend...too much alcohol...food intake was ok portion wise but all junk food...no exercise.
Today I'm back on track - no junk food, cut down on alcohol, no crisps, no cakes, cut down on caffiene (max 2 cups a day). Limit carbs as they make me feel sluggish. Exercise 2 hours a day weekdays, before and after work. 50 crunches when I get up and before bed.
Holiday is 7 weeks today!! I want to lose at least a stone and a half by then.

Day 1...Been good so far (apart from the crisps - 1 thing I do allow myself!)
I'm feeling motivated, I'll go to the gym tomorrow and do a Body Pump class and the same on Sunday.
I need to drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
I'm aiming for 1-2 hours exercise a day 5 days a week.
I've got 35lbs to lose.
