Well I am back! My Dad died last August and I fell off the diet wagon. I have to lose 90 lbs, doctors orders and finally my husband is going to help not hinder. He is so sweet.....buying me snacks and sometimes I think he wants me to stay fat. I took him to the dr with me and the dr told him to help me. So no more cashews, fudge bars, and NO eating after 8pm.
I have been doing Jillian Micheals 30 day shred for 7 days now and I gained 2 lbs, muscle I am sure, but what a bummer.
I am doing the 10 pound challenge! Wish me luck!
