I am pleased with my weigh-in this am. With the kids off for Spring Break last week, going out to eat with my parents and going to see a movie, I am happy that I was down 1.7 pounds. I am always tempted when the kids are off school. We like to snack and have "treats". Guess that is why I look like I do. I tried to keep our "treats" less food focused. We went to eat a Joe's Crab Shack. I looked at the healthier options on the menu before we went. I ate until I was satisfied. When we went to the movie theater, I splurged and had popcorn, but only a small instead of the large tub. The small one was enough. I do wish that I would have done better with the Coke Zero intake though. I drank more than I had planned.
