Week 3, of my challenge and it's Sunday morning weigh in as usual and I have lost another , 2lbs, so I am now
183lbs - 13 st.1lb, yeah !!!! Well chuffed with myself , this probably would have been my preferred weight loss of
3lbs per week if I had done my usual exercise , which I did none of this week , so will jump right back on that horse
Again next week ! Lol , my eating however has been spot on again , I am really enjoying that , I am back in the kitchen preparing meals from scratch Like I use to do when my weight was perfect , I must say I am loving it , I forgot how much I love to cook, it doesn't feel like I am dieting at all! Yay me I say, and my own eating plan ! x

I have been on this past week , so I know it was gunna be a toughy! still , I have lost 1 lb. going in the right direction !! soooo yeah me I say ! I did 3 lots of Zumba , feeling good and noticing the waste line shrinking ! Xx

had a really good week , enjoyed it , have done 2 lots of exercise ; Zumba , and may do one last session hopefully today at my sisters house ! lost another 3 lbs! this week , soooo pleased , 13st.4lbs now ! Woooooo .

did a Zumba training session this week on the Saturday , knackered but loved it , stuck to eating plan well ! 3lb lost this week , very happy with that ! x
