Well it’s my first time writing in here and just now I actually did a 2 miles of brisk walking video with Leslie Sansone. I’m so proud of myself! :)

It’s fasting month now and will only end on 30 September. So it’s kind of hard to really stick to a diet & exercise routine at the moment as I can’t eat during the day. But I have started doing some light exercise in the evening and determined to change my lifestyle (I wouldn’t wanna call it a diet cause I wanna it to be permanent) as from now on I wanna lead a healthy lifestyle.

I just turned 30 a few weeks ago and I weight at 75kg & standing short at 155cm. My goal is to reach the ideal weight and ideal BMI first, i.e. 55kg. At the same time lose all these unwanted fat! I’m tired of people (read : ignorants) making fun of my fatness and find it’s funny to do so. I hope to get support, encouragement, motivations & guidance from here.

So, here’s a big HELLO from me to all you beautiful people out there!

p.s.s. Oh yeah, I’ve been wanting to buy the digital scale and still looking for the right one. The one that I have is the mechanical one. It doesn’t really excite me :Þ I’ve been ogling on those with extra features like fat counter etc but they’re too pricey :( so I guess I just stick with the basic one.
