I am so excited tomorrow is my weigh in day! All the numbers I've seen all week don't count until Saturdays (weekly thing). Still on track!

I'm getting frustrated with all this ot, I can't get my exercising in, but the time I get home and do everything else it's too late. Although, it is also keeping me away from snacking.

I don't even know if I wrote yesterday. I've been working ot and by the time I get home it's late. I have time to do dishes, warm something up and get to bed. Start all over again. I didn't have time to exercise yesterday or today, but keeping on track with eating and no snacks (carbs).

Day 2: On track, I know it's going to take time to get all the bad carbs out of my system, but I will continue. I realize I can't eat carbs like most people. Getting on the treadmill yesterday was a killer and I was only 1/2 hour. I decided to workout only for 1/2 Lhour for the first week and increase the following week. Let's get the day started!
