The 'downside' of exercise... Gained lean muscle, look lean and strong, significantly increased my performance on HIIT. But this is not what I wanted!!! I want to lose weight without building much muscle. Scales show the same number, but mirrors won't lie! I look fab, but why am I getting so depressed and obsessed with 'losing weight' and seeing smaller numbers on the scales?! Hubby advised not to loose any more weight as my curves are now gone gone gone :( Need to be stricter on following by calorie limit (gone over for the last four days) and try not to push too hard on exercise. Well, I need to be in charge, not in control.

This is all water weight so I ma not a slightest bit discouraged - followed my diet/exercise 100% in the last 5 days. My ankles are swollen form water retention. Why is that, my LC/HF colleagues? Maybe it's too much of magnesium I am taking (as salt) or should I reduce my carbs even more? Currently consume not more than 8% carbs, and 21-24% protein, the rest is fat. What am I doing wrong? Maybe it's the lack of sleep?

Great success! Could fit in my stylish denim shorts, which I struggled to button up just a week ago. I switched to wearing dresses and skirts completely after I've put on weight (i hate the feeling of tight fabric on my legs). Now the time is not far away when I will be able to wear my jeans and trousers without any discomfort (and maybe even go shopping!:). But all those dreams will come true once I am back in my normal self, which is 70 kilograms. Still 1,2 kg to go, which is not that much after all - would take me two weeks (I hope). Did some circuit training which was called Spartacus and included exercises on Qeenax... I must say I thought I was going to die there and then, but later I felt really elevated to see my well toned and lean silhouette (in comparison to other gym goers, ha ha :)in the mirrors. Yes, mirrors do help, look into them more often and when you do, say something encouraging and nice to yourself. We all can do this! Happy slimming everyone!

TWO people complimented me on my weight loss today. I am thrilled as I barely if ever get such compliments. Also started a new habit - walking after the sunset - the only tolerable time to be out and about in this heat (and in this sun). Brought a bunch of field flowers home with me. Happy slimming to all!

I must say I did NOT expect this! Overate (estimated) on several days in a row, yet kept on being active and did some sports. Stayed firmly in ketosis - maybe this is the reason for such a massive drop? Drink like an elephant and indulge on my home-made fat bombs full of cacao and coconut oil. Feel really happy since I am always full and not stuffed, my belly got much smaller visually. I LOVE LC/HF diet! (but miss out on those marvellous fresh figs that came in season - my favs)
