Even though it felt like I was being really good today I see I still went way over my 20 carb limit. It's so hard to stay under that. At least my carbs are still low, so I shouldn't gain weight, but I doubt I'll lose any like this, either. Exercise was good. I must start incorporating weights into my routine but they're so booooring.

Did pretty good today, though I think I was a bit over the 20 carb induction due to a large amount of almonds that found their way into my mouth. Had one square of 85% dark chocolate that has about 1 net carb. Didn't feel many cravings today and when I started to feel a bit "snacky" during my morning break I took a walk instead of eating. Now let's hope I don't get the I-can't-sleep-so-I-guess-I'll-just-go-eat-everything-in-the-kitchen thing...
